14-Day Returns & Exchanges with a Free Return Label
Thank you for shopping at Bari Skins. We strive to provide quality leather products, and your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
1. Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
- You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with tags.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a product. We're happy to assist you in the exchange process.
- You have 14 days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with tags.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email our customer service team at bariskins266@gmail.com to request a return or exchange.
- Once your request is accepted, we'll send you a free return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely, including any accessories, tags and original packaging, and send it using the label provided.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
- If your return is approved, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the refund.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping is free: we provide a prepaid return label for accepted returns. Custom or personalized items, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or the wrong item, please contact our customer service immediately so we can make it right.
